Falcon Travelers

Dutch Design Leather, Est 2013

With the Color Of Summer challenges these past weeks, I’ve been limiting my choice of color in my art journals to the colors of the week. I at least tried to do that and because I had several other projects that needed to get finished, I haven’t had time to just go out and play in my journal.

Somehow, last night I urgently felt the need to splurge out in color, because it makes me happy and I needed that.

I didn’t even pull out every color I have in my drawer, but I seriously tried. I found the perfect quote to go with it:

“Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm. But to add color to my sunset sky.” – Rabindranath Tagore.

Clouds did float into my life and instead of rain, I made sunshine.

So I guess I am learning.

And I can sleep better knowing that.

I did make a video, which is good I suppose, because I would definitely have forgotten to take progress shots.

But the video takes forever to render and process.

And I wanted to share this now, so I can get it out of my system.

And into the world.

Set it free so to speak.

So you do have a video on the back burner from me and I will post it as soon as I can manage. If possible I will add an update to this post.

edit: after the second time rendering….here’s the video

I hope you like my little splash of color as much as I enjoyed making it. Thank you for watching and I wish you a wonderful weekend.
